Advanced Anatomy Courses

Open to all levels of student

Neil Barker is Centered Yoga's anatomy and physiology expert as well as the director of training programs. He is a dedicated practitioner with an extensive background in both western and eastern medical approaches. He has a unique ability to explain in an interesting and humorous manner all the different aspects of the human body and its functioning, and relate this to the yoga practice.

Neil has developed a number of anatomy and physiology modules for students and teachers of yoga to study, which go deeper into the body and its functioning. Each module deals with a specific aspect of anatomy and yoga, and runs over the course of two weeks. Paul joins Neil on all these programs to present a comprehensive approach in Asana and Pranayama practice, as well as to offer further insight into teaching and understanding yoga.

These courses can be taken in any order, at any time. Our schedule of programs lists the dates they run. Below are links to details about the first three courses.
